Refund policy

One payment, no renewal

Persephone is offered by sole proprietor Timipre MacAulay for a one-time US$17 payment. It is not a subscription and has no recurring renewal to cancel. The final price and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

14-day refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of your order date, including for a change of mind. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. To request one, visit paddle.net and provide the details from your receipt, or contact persephonepatternpixie247@gmail.com and we will help.

This policy does not exclude or restrict statutory rights, including remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed services. Where mandatory law or Paddle’s terms provide additional protection, those protections apply. We do not impose an all-sales-final or no-refunds condition.

After a refund

A refunded or reversed purchase may no longer qualify for paid access. Payment processing and refund timing are determined by Paddle and your payment method. For payment questions use paddle.net. Test-mode purchases move no real money and are not live orders.
